Apply

TAPCLAP is one of the leading independent developers of mobile casual games, with offices in Georgia (Tbilisi) and Cyprus (Limassol). We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager (Middle+/Senior) to join us remotely or in-office.

In this role, you will help us rethink and improve our UA pipeline and become a key bridge between multiple product teams and the marketing.

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy bringing structure to evolving processes and seeing the direct impact of your work. You love games, understand the product deeply, and want to influence it. At the same time, you’re hands-on — not just building processes, but also launching campaigns and testing hypotheses.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Liftoff, Facebook Games, and Microsoft Store
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnel hypotheses
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team: generate ideas, launch tests, and provide actionable feedback
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, retention, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize campaigns via MMP (Adjust)
  • Work closely with producers, product teams, and analysts to align approaches and improve performance
  • Serve as a UA expert by identifying performance bottlenecks, and applying market insights and best practices to drive growth
  • Maintain transparent reporting on performance, risks, and next steps

Requirements

  • Experience in gamedev with strong expertise in UA / performance marketing
  • Proven experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns
  • Solid understanding of key acquisition channels and current market trends
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and ability to influence them
  • Hands-on experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, or Firebase
  • Experience with new launches, soft launches, or early-stage products is a plus
  • Working proficiency in English (for platforms and communication)
  • Experience managing budgets of $500K+ is a strong plus

Conditions

  • Flat structure with minimal hierarchy — your ideas matter, and initiative is encouraged
  • Low bureaucracy — we focus on impact and results
  • Remote work or office-based roles in Georgia and Cyprus
  • Flexible working hours (late starters welcome — you can begin your day from 11:00)
  • Company-provided equipment
  • Corporate English and Greek language courses
  • Health and sports benefits
  • Learning & development budget (courses, conferences, etc.)
